Red Peach Martini #453

Red Peach Martini #453

Yield: 1
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 2 minutes

During Experiment #006, we ran out of Blue Curacao. We had to improvise on the spot so we decided on a new experiment. For the color and flavor, we opted to exchange Blue Curacao for a combination of Peach Schnapps and Grenadine.

Ingredients

  • 4 Parts Gin
  • 1 Part Peach Schnapps
  • 1 Part Blue Curacao
  • Ugly Ice for Shaking

Instructions

Science: Do the math in order to figure out your desired measurements.

Prepare: Chill a Martini-like glass in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. We were in a hurry so we added ice to our glass prior to putting it in the freezer.

Chill:
Fill Boston-style shaker with ice and Add the Gin, Peach Schnapps and Grenadine.

Shake: Agitate violently for approximately 5000 milliseconds.

Strain: Using a Hawthorne strainer (or un-common sense), carefully pour your solution into your chilled Martini-like apparatus.

Enjoy Responsibly! Or else...

Notes

It's a sipping drink. Please don't chug unless you are dared.
You can use almost anything you want with Gin.
Use a top-quality gin or one you like a lot as this is the main body of the cocktail.

Gin is not your friend - the pretty bartender trying to get you to go home safely is your friend.
We recommend lab goggles as Gin can get your eyeballs tipsy very quickly, we think.
Also, wear red because it will hide the spills better.

SCIENCE!!!
